To all Lancer Graduate Parents/Family/Friends,                                                                                                 June 28, 2017

Due to flooding at Bingemans, our graduation ceremony and dance will be taking place at the Kitchener Auditorium at 400 East Ave. As shared before, we will begin our ceremony promptly at 6:30.

GRADUATES: ALL our graduates are to follow the signs to meet at ice-level (enter through the doors under the stairwell) no later than 6:15.

PARENTS: Parents asked to go up the main stairs into the arena entrance and make their way into the Gold seating that faces the stage. Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis and tickets will be collected at the top of the stairs. We have made a pathway across the top of the Gold Section for parents to follow to get to the ice surface for picture-taking. If there are any mobility/orthopedic needs in your family, please let one of the teachers know and we will arrange special seating. Young children are not encouraged to come to the ceremony as it can be quite long.

PARKING: We will be using the Ottawa entrance; Door #13. This provides you with a drop-off area for your graduate and to meet mobility needs.

REMINDERS: Lancers MUST attend the graduation to be permitted to attend the dance. Only Laurentian graduates are permitted to attend.

TUCK SHOP: Students will be given one drink and one snack FREE, and tickets will be distributed by the homeroom teacher at the Kitchener Auditorium AFTER the ceremony. If students wish to purchase anything, be sure to bring money. Each item is approximately $2.00.

DANCE: The dance ENDS at 10:00 PM. Students MUST be picked up outside at Door #13 off of Ottawa St.
